Tucked into a lush garden on the grounds of the Royal Westmoreland Golf and Country Club the property feels like a private estate. This grand, colonial-style villa offers magnificent views of the Resort and the Caribbean Sea beyond.
All bedrooms are en-suite and are located on the lower 2 levels, with the exception of the private and spacious master bedroom suite. The lower level includes a games/TV room as well as 2 guest bedrooms with private terraces and access to the gardens leading up to the pool area.
This beautiful villa flows from the courtyard entrance to the spacious living room which then opens out onto the pool terrace where you can spend your days basking in the sun, sitting at one of the comfortable seating areas or dine alfresco style. For evening entertainment, the villa also has pool, ping-pong and foosball tables, cable TV and WiFi.
This property sleeps a maximum of 12 guests.

All rentals are subject to a 10% shared economy government levy tax and a 1.5 % service charge payable prior to arrival.
This is not included in the nightly rate of the villa.
Please note that effective May 1st, 2020, Royal Westmoreland will be implementing their Daily Resort Fee for use of the resort amenities.
The cost per guest card will be USD $ 10.00 per day. Children under the age of 16 will not require a guest card. This will be payable directly to Royal Westmoreland upon arrival and houseguest are asked to carry their cards at all times so they can be produced upon request when using the facility.
