Elan Amor Mottley has a wealth of international and local business expertise. She brings legal skills in addition to marketing and sales accomplishments, and excellent customer service & inter-personal skills to the Chesterton team.

An Attorney by training, Elan’s extensive experience in Property Conveyancing gives her a unique insight into the Property Sales process. Her mission is to make the sales journey a pleasure for her clients. She lived and worked in the cosmopolitan city of Sydney in Australia for the past eighteen [18] years and has recently returned to Barbados – her home.

Elan is an entrepreneur and experienced marketer having designed, developed, produced, marketed and sold her own Brand of gourmet products.

She graduated from Syracuse University with a Bachelor’s degree in Retail Marketing and from the University of the West Indies with a Bachelor’s Degree [Hons] in Law.
