Winter Rates: US$1150 per night
Christmas & New Year Rates: US$1750 per night

Effective May 1, 2026, the Club will be introducing a daily charge of USD$ 10 per person, per villa - this will be charged at the time of issuing the house guests cards to rental clients.

All rentals are subject to a 10% shared economy government levy tax and a 2.5 % service charge payable prior to arrival. This is not included in the nightly rate of the villa.
