Stunningly decorated throughout, and tastefully furnished by the owners for your vacationing comfort, this 3 bedroom villa is a treat within the development.

A 2nd, shared, bathroom with an over sized walk-in shower and vanity is available for use of bedrooms 2 and 3 for your guests.

Large televisions have been wall mounted in the lounge area and in the Master bedroom – and both have separate Digicel cable TV boxes, with an extended suite of US channels available.

The fully fitted kitchen has all the usual fitted appliances, plus standalone microwave, toaster, kettle, fresh coffee maker, smoothie/cocktail blender and the fridge/freezer has been upgraded to a model that supplies both ice and water on demand.

A hidden utility cupboard in the hall houses a washing machine and dryer for your convenience during your stay.

Included in your quoted rental cost is the villa Housekeeper, who will come in three times a week and a welcome pack tp provide you with some basics to get you started.

All linen, towels, beach towels and cleaning products will be provided for you throughout your stay.

Development and Location:

Westmoreland Hills, is a boutique luxury gated and monitored development of 45 villas, with night security, has a large communal swimming pool with loungers, a grab-and-go cafe and a well-equipped air-conditioned gym.

The elevated position of the development means there are sea views for all of the tiered villas.

You’re also close to the West Coast, but still inland enough to have space around without being directly in the hustle and bustle of the popular Holetown.

You are within a 5-minute drive to the West Coast with all of its fine beaches, restaurants, beach bars, Massy supermarket and everything else in between!

Not to mention you’re a stone’s throw away from Golf at Royal Westmoreland and a 7-minute drive to Sandy Lane’s Golf Courses.

There is parking for 2 vehicles in front of your villa and there is a further guest parking area by the development clubhouse where a well equipped gym, toilets, showers and as above, a communal area with cafe and a larger 20m pool are located. Membership to this area is also included.

Villa ViewTop is located on the front row of the development looking down the hill to the West Coast views and has approximately 120 degree views of the horizon. Positionally, the villa sits up the hill in line with The Lonestar.
