The large covered and open-air terrace featuring high ceilings and ceiling fans with elegant outdoor dining area, seating 10, is perfect for dinner parties and entertaining in the warm evening Caribbean breeze. The gazebo on the pool terrace offers an additional dining area, seating 4.

The generously proportioned pool is the focal point and is complimented by beautifully manicured gardens.

A further feature of Sandy Croft is the adjacent guest cottage, offering 2 double bedrooms with en suite as well as kitchen and lounge areas. The cottage does have its own private entrance and access to the outdoor terraces and pool and is ideal for older children in the party, parents who may have child-minding responsibilities, or merely couples and families who prefer their own space.

The primary bedroom upstairs also has 2 smaller rooms that can accommodate very young children in their own rooms, yet they are still not far away from mum & dad.

Rates

Summer Rates: US$1000 per night
Winter Rates: US$1500 per night

Effective May 1, 2026, the club will be introducing the following:

  • If guests do not wish to use the amenities, they do not register
  • We do not issue access cards to persons staying in villas without membership
  • Guests will be charged upon check in with Guest Services
  • The charge is based on the villa categories as noted (i.e if 2 persons are staying in a 4 + villa then they pay that amount per week)

Instead of charging a daily fee per guest of USD$10.00, the Club will be operating a per villa per week charge as below:

Weekly Charge

  • 1 and 2 Bed Properties - USD$100.00 per week
  • 3 Bed Properties - USD$125.00 per week
  • 4+ Bed Properties - USD$150.00 per week
All rentals are subject to a 10% shared economy government levy tax and a 2.5 % service charge payable prior to arrival. This is not included in the nightly rate of the villa.
